ONELORA Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you use this website or purchase products from ONELORA. ONELORA is operated by the business identified on our Contact Information page. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Products and availability
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Product availability and inventory can change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product.

Prices
Prices are shown in British pounds unless stated otherwise. The total price, delivery charge and any applicable taxes are shown before you complete checkout. For goods shipped from outside the UK with a value above £135, import VAT or customs duties may be payable on delivery where stated.

Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, lack of stock or an inability to deliver. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Payment
Payment must be made using a method offered at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal or another provider shown at checkout. You must provide complete and accurate billing and delivery information.

Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, but we will take reasonable steps to deliver within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy and, unless agreed otherwise, within 30 days. Products from different brands may arrive in separate parcels.

Returns and consumer rights
Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to cancel or return an order. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described.

Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, infringe intellectual property rights, use the service unlawfully or submit false information.

Intellectual property
The website, ONELORA branding, text, graphics and other content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site only for personal shopping and may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

Third-party services
Some products, payments, delivery and website functions are provided by third parties. Their services may be subject to additional terms. We remain responsible for our obligations to you as the retailer.

Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory rights available in your home jurisdiction.
